1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the cy99 platform, including the website at cy99.bet, all associated mobile and browser-based interfaces, game services, betting services, payment processing, bonus programmes, and customer support functions (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and cy99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

cy99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. • You must be at least 21 years of age. cy99 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a business entity, third party, or syndicate.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by cy99 or any other gambling platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account and must keep that information up to date.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the cy99 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with any other person.
• All activity carried out under your account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. cy99 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain password security.
• You must notify cy99 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• cy99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

cy99 uses SSL encryption and other technical security measures to protect account data. However, users are responsible for the security of the devices they use to access the Platform. cy99 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and logging out of the Platform when accessing from a shared or public device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

cy99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and others. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Platform account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer.
• Withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval under normal conditions. cy99 does not impose transaction fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited must be used for wagering purposes. Depositing funds and immediately requesting withdrawal without placing bets may be considered suspicious activity and may trigger a review under our anti-money laundering procedures.
• cy99 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership or identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Where such documents are not provided within 7 days of request, the withdrawal request may be cancelled.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cy99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Balances displayed on the Platform are always denominated in BDT. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the user's end through their bank or mobile wallet provider are the user's own responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cy99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes abuse and will result in permanent suspension.
• cy99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided this does not retroactively affect a bonus already credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses credited in error — whether due to a technical fault, a processing error, or any other reason — do not constitute a valid entitlement. cy99 may reclaim erroneously credited bonuses at any time.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game(s) stated in the promotional terms. Free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the cy99 Platform are required to conduct themselves in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other criminal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cy99 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

cy99 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction suspected of involving prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be suspended and withdrawals placed on hold. The outcome of an investigation is final and binding. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all associated account balances will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the cy99 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of cy99 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of cy99. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

cy99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of this right, the following circumstances may result in account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, prohibited conduct provisions, or the payment method rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other activity that harms cy99 or other users.
• At the user's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion arrangement. A user who has self-excluded may not re-register for a new account during the exclusion period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and there is no outstanding breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cy99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if cy99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cy99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any particular game or feature will remain available indefinitely. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability from time to time.

10. Responsible Gaming

cy99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools accessible directly from within your account settings. cy99 encourages all users to set personal limits and to review those limits regularly. If at any time you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic — if it is causing financial stress, affecting your relationships, or occupying more of your time than you intended — please use the self-exclusion feature in your account or contact cy99 support immediately.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and, if you wish to withdraw your remaining balance, contact cy99 support before closing your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a user and cy99, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with cy99 customer support. cy99 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
